Membership

Meadowwood Tennis Club is unique in offering both tennis and pickleball to members. Membership provides access to court bookings, lessons and all Club activities,
including round robins, ladders, tournaments, and socials.

The Club objective is to be a community outdoor destination of choice for its members.

Every individual adult member is permitted 4 guest passes per season.

Each guest pass is $10 + HST and is a single use pass only.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

RETURNING MEMBERS (March 1 - 14)

1.  Log into Court Reserve through the app on your Smart Phone or Tablet.  On your desktop go to courtreserve.com and sign into your account.

2.  Click on the Purchase Membership option.

3.  Choose the Membership Type you prefer for 2026.

4.  If you had a Couple or Family membership in 2025, only one member should log in and renew membership for 2026.

5.  If you are changing membership from Couple or Family to individual, you must also send an email to  info@meadowwoodtennis.com to advise of the change.

6.  Send an E-Transfer Payment to treasurer@meadowwoodtennis.com (security answer: tennis)

7.  In the Message Section of the E-Transfer, please add the member name so we can match your payment to your account.

NEW MEMBERS (Beginning March 15 @ 9am)

IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING COURT RESERVE ACCOUNT

1.  Log into Court Reserve through the app on your Smart Phone or Tablet.  On your desktop go to courtreserve.com and sign into your account.

2.  Under "More", click on "My Organizations", then click on "Add Organization".

3.  Search for Meadowwood Tennis Club.

4.  Click on the Purchase Membership option.

5.  Complete the registration form and submit.

6.  Send an E-Transfer Payment to treasurer@meadowwoodtennis.com (security answer: tennis)

7.  In the Message Section of the E-Transfer, please add your name and membership type requested so we can match your payment to the registration request.

As part of the commitment to fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the Club, it is important
that members adhere to a Code of Conduct that embraces good sportsmanship and mutual respect. 

 
The Club requires that these standards are maintained at all times by members and their guests while on or off the courts.

Members Feedback / Complaint Procedure

On occasion, the Board of Directors may receive feedback/complaint regarding policies, procedures, programs and activities, practices of the organization or the behavior of an individual member.
